Our Story
Mattress Concierge was founded in 2010 to provide high-quality mattresses and sleep products for the hospitality industry.
Founder Jeff Rogers built his career serving hotel clients and was instrumental in launching the Westin Heavenly Bed program with Simmons Bedding Company in 1999—an innovation that redefined the hotel sleep experience and created a new category of retail demand.
In 2020, Rob Richards acquired the company and expanded its focus into the growing luxury boutique hotel market, building relationships with independent properties seeking something beyond standardized programs.
In May of 2024, following the unexpected passing of Robert Richards, leadership transitioned to Maura Zambarano.
With a background in senior living and no prior experience in the mattress industry, stepping into the business presented both a challenge and an opportunity. As she immersed herself in the company, she recognized the quality of the product, the strength of its relationships, and the potential to build something meaningful.
She chose to lead.
Today, Mattress Concierge continues to grow—expanding into residential projects and interior design partnerships—while remaining rooted in its core mission: delivering exceptional sleep experiences for luxury environments.
